The night will bring together local oyster harvesters, chefs, and seafood lovers for a true taste of the coast.

This event is part of a nationwide digital Sea Grant campaign highlighting the diverse oyster traditions of the United States and the vital role oysters play in coastal communities. Alongside Texas, events are taking place in New York, North Carolina, Florida, and Oregon all month long—making At the Oyster Table a coast-to-coast celebration of one of America’s most iconic seafoods.
