Corley-Ann is an experienced science writer and editor who has covered various environmental, health, and biological research topics and has bylines at several publications including Vital RecordTexas ShoresCVM Today, and Science Editor Magazine. She is especially passionate about increasing public interest in biological research and environmental sustainability efforts within the Gulf fisheries and seafood industries. 

As a communications manager, Corley-Ann oversees general communications support for Texas Sea Grant and lends communications expertise to the Sustainable Fisheries and Aquaculture focus area while also supporting communications involved with the NOAA Better Bycatch Reduction Device project, which helps identify and implement better bycatch reduction devices and practices for the commercial shrimp industry.
