Cooking with Seafood

Cooking with Seafood is a monthly cooking demonstration program designed  to encourage people to buy, cook, and eat healthy seafood.

How about a deliciously easy tuna steak? Yet another volunteer cook comes to visit the Bauer with a healthy seafood choice for us to learn about preparing and taste. Our presentation will focus on how we as consumers can learn to shop for sustainable seafood products and broaden our culinary experiences.
